About me

My name is Take Zonneveld (27), and I’m from Schiedam (Netherlands). From 2013 to the end of 2024, I proudly pushed my limits as a professional Paralympic athlete. For the last six of those years, I trained full-time, which shaped me not only as an athlete but also as a person. These years taught me valuable skills – skills I now want to use to support, inspire, and motivate others. With the right support and drive, so much is possible, and that’s a belief I want to share. Helping people and striving together for the best results has always been my motivation, and now, as a former athlete, that passion is stronger than ever.
